Room codes and joining
Share the current joining method and fix invalid, duplicate, or full-room attempts.
Before sharing access
Use the room code, join link, or QR code shown for the current live room. Keep facilitator and co-facilitator links private.
If joining is denied
- Confirm that the code belongs to the intended event and was entered correctly.
- Ask the facilitator whether joining is open and whether the room has space.
- If the participant already joined, use reconnect instead of creating another participant.
- Do not use another event's link or ask the facilitator to bypass participant limits.
