Instructions: give everyone time to read the activity rules before moving on.
Individual work: let each participant complete their own work without asking them to share private drafts.
Team work: give each team time to agree on one answer before finalizing.
Results and debrief: reveal later material only after the related work is complete, then use the scenario prompts.
Completion: close the event deliberately and confirm that the final screen appears.
