Help people join, keep their work separate, and resolve a stuck participant.
Joining and identity
Each participant should join in a separate browser profile, private window, or device. If someone already joined, use the reconnect option shown for that participant instead of creating a second identity.
When someone appears stuck
- Ask the participant to keep the current tab open.
- Check whether the room is still accepting the action they are trying to complete.
- Restore the connection, then use the on-screen refresh or reconnect option if one is offered.
- If a team cannot finish, check which required contribution or team answer is still missing.
