Before an event
Rehearse before an event
Use the rehearsal tools only when they are available and working for your account.
If Practice is available
- Open the signed-in workspace and look for a clearly labeled Practice option.
- Confirm that the rehearsal opens before relying on it for event preparation.
- Use separate browser profiles, private windows, or devices for sample participants.
- Rehearse the lobby, instructions, individual work, team work, results, and debrief.
- Use the actual projector, speakers and network. Check the first video, captions where available, the complete text fallback, fullscreen, keyboard access and readable text from the back of the room.
- Change one phase and compare participant and projector views. Refresh a participant and confirm the same identity and saved work return; refresh the room evidence after each check.
- End the rehearsal and confirm that you have returned to the signed-in workspace.
If Practice is missing or fails
Practice follows your current account allowance. If it is unavailable, do not start a live event just to test or assume the missing rehearsal passed. Review the scenario and device guidance, resolve the missing evidence and keep a backup facilitation plan.
A working Practice room is intended for rehearsal and should not use a paid pass or count as a live event. If the screen shows otherwise, stop and use Support.
