Accessibility and display setup
Prepare keyboard, zoom, motion, touch, and shared-display needs in advance.
Test the visible experience
- Navigate the facilitator and participant screens with a keyboard and check that focus is easy to see.
- Test both screens at 200% browser zoom and confirm that the main page does not require sideways scrolling.
- Respect reduced-motion settings and do not rely on movement or color alone.
- Check that buttons and links are comfortable to use on the intended touch devices.
- Use the separate presentation view for the shared display so facilitator controls stay private.
Support different participation needs
Read instructions aloud when useful, allow enough time for individual work, and use the available non-drag ordering controls. A participant should not have to disclose a disability to use accessible controls.
