Understand access and billing

See what Free, Event Pass, and Pro cover and where an eligible saved event checks purchase availability.

What is available now

Free access is available now at $0. It covers five sessions per UTC calendar month, up to six active participants in each session, and one live room at a time.

Ocean Survival and Cybersecurity Incident TTX are the two current public scenarios. Team Escape / Station Lockdown is Coming soon and cannot be selected.

Event Pass 15, Event Pass 30, Pro monthly, and Pro annual are the currently certified paid options. A saved event shows a purchase action only when existing access does not cover it, the signed-in account may purchase, and secure Stripe Test Checkout is available. No browser return grants access; confirmed server fulfillment must finish first.

How a Free session counts

Preparing a room in the lobby does not count as a session. A session counts when its first activity starts successfully for the signed-in facilitator.

Use Your access for the account summary and Event access for a specific event. Covered means the current access can support the action. Action needed means something must be resolved first. Activating access means a confirmed access option is being applied; it does not mean a payment was completed.

Plans & billing

Signed-in Plans & billing shows current use, access dates, certified comparisons, and whether invoice, payment-method, subscription, or failed-payment management is actually available. A new Event Pass or Pro choice starts from the exact saved event that needs access.

For the rules that control refunds and cancellation, read the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Support can help with a billing record you already received, but cannot turn an unavailable payment option or an unconfirmed browser return into customer access.
