Signed-out comparison: Pro treatment describes the option for an eligible Pro account; it does not imply that this visitor or another account is currently eligible. Included with Pro is not a standalone free product. The 50-person Pro event capacity upgrade is a tax-inclusive, one-event, nonrenewing upgrade tied to a saved event, and Pro authority is checked again at the first successful launch.

Access questions
When does a free session count?
Opening a lobby is free. The monthly allowance is used when the facilitator starts the activity and the session is authorized.
Can I buy an Event Pass or Pro plan now?
Prepare and save an event first. If current access does not cover it and the signed-in account is eligible, the event shows the smallest certified Event Pass and one recurring alternative. If Checkout is unavailable, no purchase control is shown.
Can participants join without accounts?
Yes. Participants use a room code or secure join link and a nickname. Their room session stays on that device.
Where can I verify what is playable?
The scenario catalog shows what can be played now. Ocean Survival and Cybersecurity Incident TTX are selectable; previews labeled Coming soon cannot be launched or purchased.
Before choosing paid access
An ordinary Event Pass is account access for eligible events during 24 hours from the first successful launch. Canceling an unlaunched event leaves it available. Pro renews monthly or annually until canceled. Review the exact amount, activation, expiration or renewal, consumption rule, and saved event before continuing to Checkout. Read the Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy before any future paid purchase.
Create a private custom game when your account is eligible
Signed-in creators can build and run their own private scenarios when the server says the account is eligible. Private creation is separate from buying Event Pass or Pro access.
Community submission is a separate Pro-only, exact-version, administrator-reviewed workflow and is unavailable on this release. This page does not offer public catalog submission, marketplace placement, or creator payment.
