Create a scenario
Create and test a private scenario
Start in Quick Builder, use optional Advanced editing, then preview private work.
Build and preview
- Open your signed-in scenario workspace and start with Quick Builder.
- Add the situation, participant task, items or evidence, facilitator guidance, and debrief prompts requested by the builder.
- Save the draft before moving to another page.
- Use optional Advanced editing only when you need the additional fields it shows.
- Open Preview and check the participant and facilitator wording before private testing.
Private publication and testing
When the workspace says the draft is ready for private testing, use the private publication and testing controls shown there. If a control is missing, blocked, or fails, keep the draft and use Help & recovery rather than assuming the scenario is ready for an event.
Private publication keeps the scenario out of the public catalog. This help does not promise public catalog submission, administrator review, public publication, AI authoring, a marketplace, or paid creator benefits.
