What participants experience

You and three friends started Northstar Support Services after developing a customer-support tool together in college. What began as a small project has grown into a company with 28 employees and hundreds of business customers. Some employees left stable jobs to join you, and your friends invested much of their personal savings in keeping the company alive. You are now Northstar’s IT operations coordinator. You understand the company’s systems and basic security procedures, but you are not a senior cybersecurity investigator, attorney, privacy officer, or public-relations specialist.
